heroinism

been so busy the past year that I have hardly had any time to update anything anywhere. I'm (very slowly) working on a collaborative conceptual performance piece that will hopefully be shown mid-january here, details shall come soon(-ish) some of my newer photography work from past shoots can be found on my photography website/blog, here: http://photography.alicetragedy.org as well as analog photography from my Finland trip this summer. at the moment I'm focusing also on the label, we are (hopefully) about to sign a new act. excitement. if all goes well, that will be one of my very first records I'll be working on from beginning to end.

back from Norway since August 29th. was in Vienna for less than 2 weeks, and then flew to Athens. we walked around the city at night, slept at the airport, and after many adventures (jumping on a million random buses, walking in the wrong direction with no city map, etc.) we got to the bus station, on time for our bus to Eretria and the Island of Dreams. kind of awkward to be there for two weeks. I miss the beach. ..My project was on an abandoned hotel. it will become a book soon, I'm slowly working on it. &also, in two days we are having a catalogue presentation (wednesday october 8th, 7pm, Secession) there's a concert too, apparently.

it's almost summer here and I am going to a zillion art show openings. my first deadline from the editor is sunday (tomorrow) for the comics. but I finished early so I already sent it off, which is great because now I don't need to stress about it. I've finally chosen a title for the series, it's going to be called "SOME DAYS". a little boring compared to the ones I was considering, but I think it fits. I am so excited, I can't wait to see it in the magazine.
